IVRS:

We have round-the-clock facility of Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) to give the students the information they seek.

Students can know several details including their examination schedule. They will have to enter their admission registration number and proceed further at the time of calling. The details of students joining every admission session would be upgraded in the main server.

The teacher’s role is to clarify student's doubt and motivate the students to ask the question more often through all possible mediums including internet.

Although, most of the queries /doubts of the students are answered in class itself, even then if any student desires he/she can clarify the doubts via email. This way an alternate problem solving mechanism becomes handy through which the students may also submit doubtful questions in email so that they can get the solution next day.

During the exam time, this email facility will make them remain in touch the teachers, every time. In case, the teacher is unavailable online, the stude nts shall remain in touch over the phone as well. Kindly note our e-mail id’s for the subjects as given below:

Parent Teacher Interaction:

We understand that the bond between parents & teachers is important since both share a common goal: helping students achieve success in school. They are the partners in child’s education and together help groom a child’s successful career in education.

In FIITJEE, Parent- teacher meeting is organized after every phase so as to discuss the progress of the child. In addition to it, the parents are welcome to make additional appointments over the email for Parent Teacher Meet so as to allow us more opportunities to mutually explore the learning goals, the progression assessment and ways the students can work together to achieve the best.
